What are Patient Rights?

*Receiving health care in a safe environment

What are the Responsibilities of the Patient?

*Complying with the appointment date and time, reporting changes to the relevant unit

*Not to engage in behaviors aimed at verbal and physical attacks on staff

*Acting in accordance with the rules and practices of the health institution and organization to which they apply, acting with the awareness that they are part of the diagnosis and treatment team with a participatory approach

*To convey information about his/her relatives, previous illnesses, treatments and medical interventions, medications he/she is currently taking, if any, and information about his/her health as completely and accurately as possible

*To attend follow-up visits at the periods determined by the physician and provide feedback on the course of treatment

*Respect the rights of patients who are given priority according to the relevant legislation and the rights of other patients and staff
